Accelis, made by Iovate Health Sciences, is marketed as being a stimulant free slimming tablet according to the official website. They claim that weight loss of around 10 pounds can initially be expected.

Often fat burners available over the counter set the bar a bit too high when marketing to consumers. It’s unrealistic at best.
